  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 4 cups cream
  • 4 eggs
  • enough manchego cheese, grated

  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste oregano

Preparation
