This dish is perfect for a breakfast with the family at home. It is not expensive and it is, the children love it and even ask for more. It is also ideal if you want to surprise your partner with an incredible and delicious dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomtato
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bell pepper, green or red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 drizzle white wine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Prepare a sauce by sautéing in olive oil 2 onions, 1 pepper and 1 clove of garlic in julienne. Leave to cook until they are transparent. If necessary, add a splash of white wine so it does not dry out. Salpimenta, add 1 tomato in cubes and 2 cans of tuna. Let cook for five minutes.
Cool a while, mix with 5 eggs and prepare the tortilla in a good iron or Teflon pan, heating a little olive oil and pouring the mixture. Cover and let cook at minimum heat until it starts to cook.
Turn around with the help of a plate and finish cooking the other side.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a slice of avocado and jalapeño chilito.
