Preparation
Beat egg whites until lightly fluff and salt.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the spinach.
Acitrona the garlic with a teaspoon of oil, add the spinach and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Sauté and remove from heat.
Pour the egg whites to form an omelet. Cook for 1 minute and turn over. Cook on the other side 1 minute more.
Place some of the spinach mixture on the egg omelette. Sprinkle the cheese and fold as if it were quesadilla.
Remove from heat and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
