An omelette caprese is an alternative for breakfast. With this dish you will have the energy you need to hold until the time of the meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into pieces
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • basil, finely cut

Preparation

Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until they are mixed.
Add a little butter (optional) in an egg pan, then add the cheese, tomatoes and basil, pour a little egg over the ingredients and cover, cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until the omelettes are ready .
