Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 eggs, whites
  • 50 grams carrot
  • 50 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

Preparation

First prepare an omelet with oaxaca cheese filling.
Once our omelette is ready to be served, put it on a plate and cut a piece of carrot and the slice of cheese to give it a boat shape as seen in the photo.

PRESENTATION

They can be accompanied with a rice or some type of salad.

TIPS

You can make the omelette according to the taste of your children to give them a better flavor.
