What better breakfast than a Mexican omelettes, this breakfast is complete because it has protein and carbohydrates so it is very nutritious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tomtato, without peel, without seeds and diced in cubes
  • 1 serrano pepper, without seeds finely chopped

Preparation

Mix the tomato, onion and chili and season.
Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until they are mixed.
Add a little butter (optional) in an egg pan, then add the vegetable mixture, pour a little egg over the cheese and cover, cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until the omelettes are ready.

Hola en los ingredientes no mencionan queso, y en el proceso si? lleva o no queso y si es que sí de cual.
