The omelettea peppers is a breakfast with a lot of color and the best thing is that if you do not have one of the peppers you can do it with the others and that's great.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes

Preparation

Sauté the peppers with a little butter.
Place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste, beat until they are mixed.
Add a little butter in another egg pan, then add the cheese and peppers, pour a little of the eggs and cover over them, cook for 5 minutes over low heat or until the omelettes are ready.
Once ready fold in half like a quesadilla and serve.
