Vegetable Omelette with Wok La Huerta ®

This original breakfast is perfect and very complete, due to its high protein content and a wide variety of vegetables.

2 portions
  • 1 package vegetables, mix of flavors with wok La Huerta
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, in half moons
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons canola oil


Place eggs, egg whites, salt and pepper in a small bowl, mix. Separate in 2 bowls.
Place in wok over high heat, add ½ teaspoon of sesame oil. When it is hot, add the shrimp and cook, stirring frequently, remove from the wok.
Add the rest of the sesame oil to the wok, add the onion until it is clear, add the Flavors Blend package to the La Huerta ® Wok, so that they soften and heat up for a moment. Remember that they are precooked
Move the vegetables towards the edges, in the center of the wok mix the hoisin sauce, the soybeans, the corn starch mixture, the ginger and the chile and let it cook until it thickens.
Mix with the vegetables and remove from the wok.
Clean the wok and return to the fire, add the canola oil. Pour half the egg mixture, creating an omelet of even thickness.
When cooked, transfer your omelet to a plate. Repeat with the rest of the egg mixture. Stuffed with vegetables.
