The Quiche de Claras de Huevo is the ideal breakfast. It is a delicious recipe of egg whites with asparagus, very easy to prepare and it will not take you long to cook it. It will be a success with your family.

  • 1 1/4 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 2 bunches green asparagus extra special
  • 20 grams butter
  • 50 milliliters milk
  • 125 grams feta cheese
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 10 grams salt
  • 500 milliliters Water

Blanch the asparagus in boiling salted water, remove and cool.
Beat the egg whites with the milk. Season and add the asparagus.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the mixture of the egg whites and the feta cheese.
Cook the preparation at low temperature. Once the edges are golden brown and the center soft, remove from the pan and cut into slices.


Accompany with a fruit salad.


Serves hot
