If you want to prepare a full breakfast, these motuleño eggs are for you, as they contain egg protein, peas, corn tortilla, ground black beans, turkey breast in squares, and a delicious red sauce that will give the touch to your saucer.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 pieces of tomato cut in quarters
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of White onion in pieces
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of oil
  • 1 Cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1 Cup of pea Cooked
  • 6 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup of black bean ground
  • 1 slice of Turkey breast thick, in small cbos

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy the tomato, garlic and onion with 1 cup of water. Strain.
    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and fry the sauce until it turns orange, add the cube of Knorr® Tomato and the peas.
    Let it boil over low heat for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Heat a little more oil and quickly pass the tortillas to soften them. Drain.
    In a Teflon pan, heat the remaining oil and cook the crashed eggs, one by one. Season with pepper and a little Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
    In a plate, place an omelette, spread refried beans, top a starry egg and bathe with tomato sauce and cubes of turkey breast. To serve.

    TIPS

    Sprinkle each plate with some crumbled fresh cheese.
