For a delicious breakfast, prepare a bagel with scrambled egg and bacon with a chipotle sauce, very simple and practical to eat at the moment or take it to work.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground (for sauce)
  • 1 pinch salt, (for the sauce)
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • 4 bagels

Preparation

In a pan, fry the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain and put on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Reservation.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In the same pan of the bacon and with the fat that was left over, cook the eggs until tender and stirring constantly. Reservation.
For the sauce, mix the cream with the chipotle and the salt.
Place a bit of chipotle sauce on the bagel lids. Add one slice of cheese, egg and two slices of bacon for each bagel. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Heat the bagel and accompany with the chipotle sauce.

TIPS

You can heat the bread with butter in the oven or in a pan so it is warm before you put it together.
