Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 8 egg whites
  • 280 grams beef steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 8 whole black peppers, coarsely milled
  • 1 roma tomato , finely chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 20 fresh coriander, disinfected and dry wash
  • 20 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 3 pinches salt

Preparation

Heat a little oil, season the fillet and fry for a short time.
In the same pan add the egg whites and cook for a short time.
In the last moments incorporate the tomato, pepper and coriander leaves.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and assemble the burritos.

PRESENTATION
