  • 8 pieces of egg white
  • 280 grams of beef steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 8 pieces of whole black pepper coarsely milled
  • 1 piece of roma tomato finely chopped
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 20 pieces of coriander leaf disinfected and dry wash

    Preparation
