Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 corn tortillas, cut into small and fried triangles
  • 1/2 Avocado from Mexico, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 red peppers, cut into small cubes
  • 9 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • 20 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan add the fried tortillas and then the beaten eggs, mix well so that the egg sticks to the tortilla.
Add the pepper, chili and pepper.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and serve a spoonful of northern crumbs.
Finish the tacos by adding avocado and cherry tomatoes.

PRESENTATION
