Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 250 grams of fresh spinach
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of cheese grated of your choice
  • 100 grams of mushroom chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk cream
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 375 ° F or 190 ° C.
    Heat a little oil in a large skillet. Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft, about 5-6 minutes. Reservation.
    Place the spinach in a deep pan. Add a little water Using medium heat, cook spinach until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Drain the excess water very well.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are mixed. Add the mushrooms, cooked spinach, cheese and cream. Mix well. Season to taste.
    It is divided in equal parts among the 12 molds for muffins.
