Preparation
In a bowl mix the cheese with the onion.
Make the marinade with the mirasol peppers, 3 tomatoes, the garlic, with enough broth just to grind it, it has to be thick, put it in a deep bowl.
Grind the other tomatoes with the oregano and strain it.
