Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo tortilla
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato, cooked
  • 4 Mirasol Chilli peppers, Cooked
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 kilos cheese, for shredded quesadilla
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lettuce, slice
  • 1 pinch oregano

Preparation

In a bowl mix the cheese with the onion.
Make the marinade with the mirasol peppers, 3 tomatoes, the garlic, with enough broth just to grind it, it has to be thick, put it in a deep bowl.
Grind the other tomatoes with the oregano and strain it.
Put to heat oil in a casserole, make tacos with the cheese, pass through the marinade and put it to fry.

PRESENTATION

Serve with lettuce and sauce on top.
