  • 1/4 of Cup of epazote for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano for the sauce
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of fat pepper for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of beans soup for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • enough of vegetable oil
  • 9 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • enough of sour cream at your service
  • enough of fresh cheese at your service
  • enough of purple Onion at your service
  • enough of fresh cilantro at your service

    Preparation

    For the filling, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chorizo ​​until it browns and release the fat, add the onion and cook a few minutes moving constantly. Integra the potato cook 3 minutes, season and reserve.
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until the fat is loose, add the onion, garlic, beans, the chile de árbol, the epazote, the oregano, the fat pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
