Preparation
Fry the corn tortillas in oil until browned, like toast.
Blend the tomatoes with the chili, a little onion and garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. (Chili can be omitted if you do not like spicy)
Fry the ham slices and make the crashed eggs.
Cover the toast with a little tomato sauce, place a slice of ham, the starry egg, another bit of sauce and sprinkle over the cotija cheese.
You can serve only the toast with the tomato sauce and the cheese, or just with ham as you like. Or if you prefer you can add cream.
