Original eggs in the shape of a flower with sweet peppers. This way of serving eggs at breakfast is different and definitely very ingenious. Since you give sight to your dish and add an ingredient that gives it color and flavor. Agree to everyone at home with this breakfast without equal.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, or orange
  • 4 eggs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste basil

Preparation

Roast the slices of bread in a pan, straight and verse.
Wash and cut the red pepper into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick.
