Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado, cut into segments
  • enough oregano, fresh

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (428°F)
On a short board, cut cauliflower into 1 to 2 fingers thick slices, place them on a baking sheet. Cover with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, a little salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked and golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with a little cooking spray. Brake an egg and cook they way you prefer it. Season to taste.
Place a little avocado on each slice of cauliflower, a fried egg, decorate with the oregano, serve and enjoy.
