Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed, without salt
  • 1 cup grated coconut, sugarfree
  • 1/2 cups unsalted almond
  • 1/2 cups walnut, without salt
  • 3/4 cups Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberry
  • 1/2 cups dehydrated cherries

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Mix all the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the granola is lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven, return to the bowl and add the dehydrated fruit, mix well.
Season with a little salt and allow it to cool before storing.

PRESENTATION

Serve by itself or accompanied by almond milk and fruit.

TIPS

It can be stored up to 1 month in sealable bags.

hola buenos dias muy buena la receta de la granola y super facil pero una pregunta para que sal?que no se supone que la granola es dulce? es muy necesaria la sal?
