Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Mix all the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the granola is lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven, return to the bowl and add the dehydrated fruit, mix well.
Season with a little salt and allow it to cool before storing.
