Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/4 cups flaxseed
  • 1/4 cups grated coconut
  • 1/2 cups walnut, in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 oranges, its juice

Preparation

In a mold mix oil, sugar, honey and orange juice. Add the rest of the ingredients and allow all the dried ones to moisten with the mixture. Put in an electric oven, beating each time the surface feels golden. Remove once the preparation has golden color, let cool and enjoy.
