Preparation
Preheats the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
In a deep bowl mix the oats, cereals, coconut, and almonds.
In a small pot mix the pineapple juice, the mañzana juice and the sugar. Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil and reduce heat. Let it cook for 10 more minutes or until it reduces to only 3/4 cup. Remove from heat and add honey.
Pour the juices over the oat mixture and mix well. Add the fruit and mix.
Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray and waxed paper. Pour the granola in the tray and spread well with a spatula.
Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before removing from the tray.
