Preparation
In each tortilla put a serving of cheese.
Put one serving per plate (4 pieces).
In a saucepan put the oil.
Pour the green sauce.
Once the sauce is hot add the cream and beat until you get a uniform consistency.
Remove from heat and pour over the pieces on the plate.
Put in the oven for 1 minute.
It can be decorated with a little green pepper or parsley.
