Preparation
In a corn tortilla place 2 slices of ham on top.
Fold the tortilla in a triangle and fry until golden brown.
In a saucepan place the sauce of your choice and dip the tortilla triangles in the sauce for a minute.
Remove from the sauce and serve on a plate.
Pour the sauce on top and a little cream, crumbled panela cheese and onion slices.
