Ingredients

6 portions
  • 100 grams oat flour
  • 50 milliliters milk, or it can be water
  • 2 pinches table salt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

In a bowl, place the two egg whites, oatmeal, flaxseed and salt. Mix until well integrated.
Add the milk and mix until it forms a slightly runny paste.
In a bowl place the two egg whites; add the oats, mix until integrated.
