For those mornings with the family, nothing better than waking up to the soft and delicate aroma of freshly prepared pancakes. This time we bring you some hot cakes filled with irresistible hazelnut cream. It is a combination that you cannot miss!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups Tres Estrellas® flour for hot cakes, 850 grams
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut cream
  • 1 banana, cut into slices, for garnish

Preparation

In a bowl and with the help of a balloon whisk, mix the flour with the milk, the eggs and the butter until obtaining a smooth preparation. Reservation.
In a skillet over low heat, add butter, pour 1/2 ladle of the previous mixture and add the hazelnut cream.
Add another bit of batter just to finish coating the hot cake; cook 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve and decorate with banana.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate, accompanied by milk and orange juice.

TIPS

Use a Teflon skillet so the pancakes don't stick. You can freeze the hazelnut spread for a firmer consistency.
