Preparation
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Make a hole in the center and add the oil, water, milk, blueberries, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until the ingredients are combined (tip: the less you mix, the thicker and fluffier it will be).
Spray the pan a little spray oil. Pour a little of the mixture forming circles one at a time and cook until bubbles and top are formed.
Flip the pancakes on the other side to cook and enjoy!
