Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups almond
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Grind the oats and almonds until you get a fine flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat everything very well until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Cook in a non-stick pan until finished mixing.

PRESENTATION

Add maple syrup

TIPS

You can add banana, apple, blueberries and they are delicious.
