Preparation
First the mixture is made with flour, salt and baking powder. In a bowl pour the milk and beat the eggs and add to the flour mixture beating.
Add the two teaspoons of melted butter and continue beating until the mixture is smooth.
The sugar is added until it is obtained a hard consistency. Heat a pan and add the melted butter.
Pour 1/4 cup for each hot cake, cook until bubbles surface, and the edge is cooked, turn over and wait for it to brown.
Once they are ready they are served on a plate and with a heart-shaped mold they are cut out.
To finish, cut a strawberry for decoration and add the liquid chocolate on top and decorate the plate.
