Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 cups of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 2/3 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 1 Cup of ripe banana crushed
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of Maple syrup hot
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped and toasted

    Preparation

Mix the sliced bananas with the sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
Prepare the 2 cups of Gamesa® Hot Cakes according to the package instructions, mixing the flour with the milk, eggs and melted butter. Stir with a balloon whisk until it has no lumps.
Add the crushed banana and cinnamon to the hot cakes mixture and stir well.
Heat a non-stick pan and put a little butter to grease it. Put 1/4 cup of the hot cake mixture in a circle and place 3-4 slices of bananas on top. When bubbles start to bubble out, turn them over and cook for 1 more minute, until golden brown.
