Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups oats, milled
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • enough butter

Preparation

Mix the banana, eggs, oats, vanilla and sugar in the blender.
Heat the pan and add a little butter.
Pour the mixture into the pan in small circles, cook a few minutes and turn the hotcakes to be cooked on the other side.
It serves.

PRESENTATION

You can serve with condensed milk, jam or honey of your choice.
