Do you want to cook a special breakfast this Christmas? Prepare these delicious Christmas Pancakes. This delicious recipe is made like the typical pancakes but we decorate them with raspberries, banana, whipped cream, hazelnut cream, chocolate chips and bacon. Pamper your family the morning after the parties with these Christmas Pancakes, sure is an excellent way to start this special day. What else would you add to these pancakes?

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter melted
  • 4 spoonfuls of Hazelnut cream
  • enough of raspberry To accompany
  • enough of banana cut into slices
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of chocolate chip to decorate
  • enough of chocolate to decorate
  • enough of cherries in syrup to decorate
  • enough of bacon fried, cut into strips, to decorate
  • enough of powder sugar to decorate
  • enough of honey to serve

    Preparation

    For the pancakes, in a bowl mix the egg with the salt, the flour, the milk, the baking powder, the melted butter, the sugar and the essence of vanilla until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of butter, and cook the hot cakes to the desired shape. Cook on both sides until the pancake is cooked and repeat until the mixture is finished.
    For the reindeer pancake, on a plate place a large pancake and on top place a medium one to form the face. Decorate with chocolate chips to represent the eyes, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Place the ears, stuffed with hazelnut cream, decorate with bacon strips.
    For Santa's pancake, on another plate place a large pancake place marshmallows to represent the eyes, add a little hazelnut cream over each eye, decorate with banana to make the beard and raspberries to simulate the hat.
    Serve with honey and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve accompanied with fruit on the side and a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    To have better control of the batter, pour it into a plastic kitchen bottle.
