Preparation
Place the flour, butter, milk, egg and cream cheese in a blender, mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries, cut into four pieces, peel the banana, cut in half and then in slices the size of strawberries, mix and reserve to place.
Oil a comal or pan and mold with butter spray and pour the hotcakes until the mold is covered. Wait for small bubbles to appear on the surface of the hotcake, remove the mold and turn, wait for it to brown and remove from the heat.
