Oatmeal pancakes with banana and protein. Ideal for breakfast and / or snack without neglecting the diet. They are also very easy to prepare and suitable for everyone at home.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup light milk, or almond
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 on stevia
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups walnut, optional

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients.
Preheat the pan with coconut oil or clarified butter.
Go making the hot cakes as much as you want.
Wait for bubbles to come out and turn over each pancake.
Accompany with honey or fruit to taste

PRESENTATION

With honey, jam, cheese etc.
