Ingredients

6 portions
  • 15 tablespoons oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 envelopes Splenda
  • to taste cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Spray the oatmeal at the lowest level of the blender, to form a flour.
Add 1 cup of almond milk, splenda, a touch of cinnamon and a spoonful of vanilla essence.
Let thicken 15 minutes, add half a cup of almond milk; taking care that the mixture is not too watery.
In a hot pan, cook the hot cakes until the mixture is finished.

TIPS

Definitely delicious; more accompanied by fig jam, almond milk with coffee and half a sliced ​​apple.
