Ingredients

  • 15 spoonfuls of oats
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 envelopes of Splenda
  • to taste of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

    Preparation

    Spray the oatmeal at the lowest level of the blender, to form a flour.
    Add 1 cup of almond milk, splenda, a touch of cinnamon and a spoonful of vanilla essence.
    Let thicken 15 minutes, add half a cup of almond milk; taking care that the mixture is not too watery.
