In a bowl, add the Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, skim milk, egg and butter. Mix until there are no lumps and divide the mixture into two equal parts in two containers. Reserve one of the containers.
In the mixture that was not reserved add a little red dye until the mixture turns a dark pink tone.
In a previously greased hot pan, add 1/4 cup of the hot cakes mixture and let cook until bubbles are formed on the top and the bottom is golden. Flip the hot cake. Repeat until you finish with both mixtures. Make sure you have the same amount of red and normal hot cakes.
When finished making the hot cakes let cool for two minutes and pass them to a cutting board.
With a heart-shaped cookie cutter cut the center of each hot cake.
Put the mini red hot cakes in the shape of a heart in the center of each white hot cake and the mini white hot cakes in the shape of a heart in the center of each red hot cake.
Serve with maple syrup and strawberries. You can sprinkle them with icing sugar.
