Preparation
For the maple cream, beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Add the maple syrup and continue beating until stiffer peaks form. Cover and refrigerate while preparing hot cakes.
For the hot cakes, add the Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, milk, eggs and 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl, mix until there are no lumps.
For each Hot Cake pour into a skillet previously greased 1/4 cup of the mixture and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chopped chocolate.
When bubbles appear and it is golden on the bottom part of the Hot Cake, it flips over. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
Sprinkle the hot cakes with sugar.
Serve the hot cakes with the maple cream previously prepared, with maple syrup and if you want with red fruits and more chocolate chips
