Try this recipe for hotcakes with banana. In these hotcakes instead of having the topping bananas you have them inside. It tastes delicious!

Preparation
Add the lemon juice to the milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs and milk with lemon.
Add the melted butter.
In another recent deep mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine.
Add 2 bananas previously crushed.
Take a large skillet, grease with cooking spray and warm.
For each hotcake put some slices of banana and put 1 tablespoon to serve soup or 3 tablespoons of dough.
Cook for 3 minutes and turn and cook for 2 more minutes on the other side.
