Preparation
Beat the flour with the egg in a bowl until it is fully incorporated.
Milk is added little by little until no longer lumps and take a texture somewhat thick and not light.
Put a pan on the stove over medium heat, with a spoon add a little butter.
And add a little of the dough to the pan forming a circle, turn until the top is full of bubbles.
Put the honey in the container to serve and the chia is added just before serving.
Hotcakes are served on the plate and bathed in honey with chia.
