Breakfast or dinner, a complete meal with a delicious sweet touch. These hotcakes will become your children's favorites; Treat them with their flavor.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • enough spray butter, PAM
  • 1 ball Strawberry ice cream
  • 1 cherries in syrup

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients in a bowl except the butter spray and mix perfectly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Spray your pan with PAM spray butter and pour in circles to the center of the pan. Help yourself with a ladle to give it a better shape. The mixture should reach you for two good-sized hotcakes.
Heat until the surface has bubbles and then flip it over.
Serve your two hotcakes with a ball of strawberry ice cream and decorate with 1 cherry in syrup.
