Preparation
Chop bananas into small pieces
Beat the egg with the 2 egg whites until they mix well.
Add the oat flakes to the beaten eggs.
Bring the chopped bananas to the blender and add the oatmeal mixture with the eggs.
Beat everything in the blender, add the vanilla and the splash of milk.
Heat a Teflon pan.
Go adding the mixture to make the hotcakes.
Wash the strawberries and chop them into slices.
Place them on top when the Hotcakes are ready and add the condensed milk.
