Preparation
In a bowl add the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Add the melted butter, the egg and mix until integrated.
On a skillet over medium heat add butter and pour the hot cakes mixture, cook for 3 minutes and turn over, cook for 2 more minutes. They must be very fluffy.
Serve with fruit, chantilly cream and maple syrup.
