Start your mornings with these healthy light pancakes with granola. They are made with Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey for a delicious flavor. They have a rich banana flavor and the best thing is that they do not contain gluten, they are also easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey

Preparation

Place the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey in the food processor and blend until it has a sandy consistency.
Mix the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and crushed honey with the banana and the egg. It should be a slightly thick consistency.
Add butter to a hot skillet and pour in some of the mixture. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with honey.

Accompany with a little honey and fruit.
