Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of pancake flour
  • 3/4 of Cup of whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable food coloring (red, blue, yellow and green)
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • pineapples in syrup or the fruit of your choice, chopped
  • chantilly cream or honey
  • cookie cutters in the form of a star

    Preparation

    Mix the flour, milk, egg, margarine and vanilla in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture of lumps is left.
    Divide the mixture into five glasses. Paint each mix in a different color, you can make combinations to create different colors (red and blue: purple, yellow and red: orange).
    Preheat a Teflon pan and once ready pour the mixture into the center of the pan making a medium circle to reach the mixture. Let them simmer to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
    Repeat with all the colors to finish with the mixtures.
    Cut the hotcakes with the cookie cutter.
    Decorate with the pineapple in pieces and cream chantilly.
