Some delicious and fun pancakes in the shape of colored stars, in addition to being an ideal breakfast for children and adults, as it contains eggs, it is a recipe rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, milk on the other hand is a source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and protein. What is it for? The egg is very important for the consumption of pregnant women and children since it has benefits in metabolic processes, growth, development and maintenance of structures of the nervous system. Milk is essential for development and growth, as well as helping to maintain strong and healthy bones.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup pancake
  • 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • edible food coloring, (red, blue, yellow and green)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pineapples in syrup, or the fruit of your preference chopped
  • whipped cream, or honey

Preparation

Mix the flour, milk, egg, margarine and vanilla in a bowl until leaving a homogeneous mixture free of lumps.
Divide the mixture into five glasses. Paint each mixture a different color, you can make combinations to create different colors (red and blue: purple, yellow and red: orange).
Preheat a Teflon skillet and once ready, pour the mixture into the center of the pan, making a medium circle so that it reaches the mixture. Let them simmer to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
Repeat with all the colors to finish with the mixtures.
Cut the pancakes with the cookie cutter.
Garnish with the diced pineapple and whipped cream.
