Preparation
All dry ingredients (oatmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder) are incorporated.
Vanilla and milk are added to the dry ingredients.
The egg is added.
Beat everything perfectly well with a balloon whisk.
Once well mixed, put a little oil in a pan or griddle ( so that they do not stick) and remove the excess with a napkin.
Pour the mixture into the pan and let cook for about 3 minutes per side.
