Ingredients

7 portions
  • 1 cup oats, for hot cakes
  • 1 banana, for hot cakes
  • 3/4 cups milk, for hot cakes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for hot cakes
  • 3/4 tablespoons baking soda, for hot cakes
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda, for hot cakes
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks, for hot cakes
  • 1/2 tablespoons liquid vanilla, for hot cakes
  • 1 egg, for hot cakes
  • enough butter, or a little oil, to cook

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients (except the egg), until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the egg and blend again.
Cook portions of about 12 cm in diameter in a hot pan greased with butter or a little oil.
