Rich healthy hot cakes without flour, prepared with oats, banana, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. A simple and delicious recipe that you have to prepare at home and share with your whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of oats for hot cakes
  • 1 piece of banana for hot cakes
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk for hot cakes
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar for hot cakes
  • 3/4 of tablespoon of baking powder for hot cakes
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking soda for hot cakes
  • 1/2 piece of cinnamon slit for hot cakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla for hot cakes
  • 1 piece of egg for hot cakes
  • enough of Butter or a little oil, to cook

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients (except the egg), until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Add the egg and blend again.
    Cook portions of about 12 cm in diameter in a hot pan greased with butter or a little oil.
