Preparation
In a large bowl add Gamesa® Hotcakes and cinnamon. In a separate bowl mix milk, egg and oil until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Combine both mixtures and stir until no lumps remain. Carefully add the pear, oats and nuts. Leave to thicken for 1 or 2 minutes.
In a greased hot pan add 1/4 cup of the mixture and let cook until the bottom of the hot cake is browned and bubbles are visible above. Flip it over and repeat until you finish mixing.
Serve the hot cakes with maple syrup and if you want to decorate with additional pear slices and nuts.
