Preparation
In a bowl mix the hot cakes flour with the egg, the milk, the butter spoonful, the cocoa and the red coloring. Beat until fully incorporated.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, add a large spoonful of mixture, cook until it bubbles, turn until it cooks well.
Serve a hot cake and cover with a bit of cream cheese bitumen, repeat until it forms three layers. Decorate with more bitumen, raspberries, icing and finish with chocolate chips.
