The chilaquiles are a typical Mexican dish that combines many nutritious ingredients such as chicken, salsa vegetables and carbohydrates in the tortilla. This is a different version of the traditional chilaquiles, it is a delicious "cake" dipped in sauce.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Meanwhile fry the tortillas cut into triangles in a little oil. Another alternative would be to put them in the oven until they are golden brown. Cook the chicken, crumble and reserve.
Cook the green tomatoes and chilies, when you liquefy the sauce add the chicken broth. Reservation.
In a skillet, sauté the onion and the red pepper. Once cooked add the sauce, leave for 5 minutes and add the cream.
To assemble the cake incorporate the ingredients one by one. Start by making a bed of tortillas in a refractory, then add a bed of cooked chicken, another of gravy and at the end grated cheese to taste. Repeat this step until you finish with all the ingredients, to the last add cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and take to the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese looks golden brown.
