One of the traditions in Mexican cuisine are beans and tortillas, hence the idea of making and enjoying chilaquiles with beans, with a touch of holy leaf. Leaf that we found in many of the Mexican dishes.

Preparation
After soaking the beans, cook them with water, salt, 1/2 onion and 1 garlic. Already cooked liquefied together with 1/2 onion, 1 garlic, 1 bell chilli (optional), salt and two chicken broth rates.
Cut the tortillas into triangles and fry them. (reservation)
Fry the bean sauce in oil, add salt and water if necessary.
Soak the tortillas with the bean sauce.
Sprinkle finely chopped onion, cheese, cream and a little chicken.
